Learning Overview

Literacy:There are three fundamental components that define our literacy program: guided reading, independent reading and literature circles. 

Math: Longfellow School has adopted the Trailblazers program as the K-5 curriculum for our math program. Trailblazers provides rich opportunities for students to build problem solving skills.

Professional Development: The work of the School Improvment Committee is the cornerstone of Longfellow School professional development.
